Such a beautiful dog. Animals are very intuitive and often compassionate with humans and other animals when we need them most. I often think we should be more like them.

Thanks, Val. Sandy was one very special girl. Therapy work just came so natural to her. She touched many lives in such a special way.

Thanks Groovy Goldendoodles! Sandy just had that special instinct and knew which person needed her special attention on our visits.

  9. Oh boy – you just almost made me cry. I am also a therapy dog and some visits stick with you more than others. Dogs just ‘know’ and often do not get credit for that sense and comfort they give.

  10. Shirley says:

Thanks Piranha Banana! You know all too well the wonderful work of a therapy dog. Hugs for all that you do.

  11. I agree, Piranha. Dogs can definitely sense our moods and they do their best to make us happy and comfort us when needed.
